Privacy Refund and Exchange Policy

  • The company is not responsible for any maintenance done outside the company, otherwise the warranty is considered void
  •  The device is opened within 72 working hours and the customer is informed by phone of the malfunction and the cost
  •  The repair is done at a value not exceeding 400 pounds without reference to the customer
  • The customer is not entitled to claim the device if it is left for 30 months after repair
  • The customer is not entitled to claim the replaced parts (in case the device is under warranty)
  • The company is not responsible for the loss or erasure of data or damage to the hard drive or memory card left with the device
  • If the customer refuses to approve or reject the cost of the device within 3 working days, the device will be rejected
  • No device will be delivered or received without the original receipt
